Refund policy
At Soviet, every product is checked before shipping. Please choose your size and product carefully before placing your order.
According to Romanian and EU consumer law, customers who order online have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the product, without needing to give a reason. This right applies to distance contracts, including online orders.
Return Conditions
To be accepted for return, the product must be:
- in the same condition as received;
- unworn, except for normal size fitting;
- unwashed;
- free from stains, smells, perfume, deodorant, smoke, makeup, damage, or signs of use;
- returned with all original tags and packaging, as much as possible;
- returned as a complete set, if the product was sold as a set.
Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or use beyond normal fitting may be refused or may be subject to a value reduction, according to the applicable law. Romanian consumer law allows the seller to account for loss of product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Exchanges
Whenever possible, we recommend choosing an exchange instead of a refund.
If the size does not fit, we can exchange the product for another available size, depending on stock. Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same product condition rules listed above.
If the requested size or product is no longer available, you may choose another available product or request a refund under the legal withdrawal rules.
Return Deadline
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 calendar days from receiving your order.
After notifying us of your return request, the product must be sent back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for making sure the product is packed safely and returned in proper condition. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product, or after we receive proof that the product has been shipped back.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless another method is agreed.
We may delay the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of return shipment is provided, according to the applicable law.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may be refused if the product:
- has been worn beyond normal fitting;
- has been washed;
- has visible damage or stains;
- smells of perfume, smoke, sweat, deodorant, or other odors;
- is missing important original elements;
- is incomplete, in the case of sets;
- was custom-made or clearly personalized for the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair solution, or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.
Important Note
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Soviet products are limited in quantity, so exchanges are not always guaranteed.
