This Shipping Policy explains how Soviet handles order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation and after all required order details are received.
Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.
If there is any issue with your order, such as missing information, stock problems, or payment issues, we may contact you before shipping.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within Romania.
International shipping may be added in the future, but it is not guaranteed unless clearly available at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 1–5 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the courier and destination.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Shipping fees may vary depending on location, courier, package size, and selected delivery method.
Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information, including:
- full name;
- phone number;
- delivery address;
- city;
- county;
- postal code, if required.
Soviet is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided incorrect details, refused the delivery, or failed to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply.
Delivery and Courier Responsibility
Once the package is handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service.
Soviet is not responsible for courier delays, but we will try to help where possible if there is an issue with the delivery.
If the package appears damaged when delivered, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver the package because the customer is unavailable, does not answer, refuses the package, or provides incorrect information, the order may be returned to us.
In this case, the customer may need to pay a new shipping fee if they want the order sent again.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, we may provide the tracking details by email, SMS, or direct message.
Tracking availability depends on the courier service used.
Local Delivery or Pickup
Local delivery or pickup may be available in certain cases, but only if confirmed directly by Soviet.
Unless clearly agreed, all orders will be shipped through the selected delivery method.
