These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Soviet website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, fit, materials, and sizing.

However, slight differences may appear due to lighting, screen settings, production variations, or photography.

All products are sold in limited quantities. Availability may change at any time.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is complete and accurate;
  • you are legally allowed to place the order;
  • you understand the product, price, size, and delivery details before purchasing.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or message. This does not guarantee that the order has been fully processed if there is a stock, payment, or information issue.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is no longer available;
  • payment is not completed;
  • the customer information is incorrect or incomplete;
  • there is a pricing or technical error;
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our website.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.

Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in RON / Romanian lei, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Discount codes must be used before completing the order. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order has already been placed.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, cancel, or deactivate discount codes at any time.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, location, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery details. If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect information, refused the package, or did not collect it, additional delivery costs may apply.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For online orders, customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, according to Romanian and EU consumer protection rules. EU consumer rules provide a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases, and Romanian law regulates distance contracts through O.U.G. nr. 34/2014.

Returned products must be in proper condition, unworn except for normal size fitting, unwashed, undamaged, and returned as a complete set where applicable.

We recommend choosing an exchange when possible, especially for size issues, because Soviet products are limited in quantity.

Product Condition and Inspection

All products are checked before shipping.

When receiving your order, please inspect the product as soon as possible. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us with clear photos and order details.

We may refuse claims if the product was damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, improper handling, or normal wear.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • use the website for illegal purposes;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality;
  • copy, resell, or misuse Soviet content, photos, designs, branding, or product materials without permission;
  • abuse returns, discount codes, or customer support.

We reserve the right to block access, cancel orders, or refuse service if we believe these Terms are being abused.

Intellectual Property

All Soviet logos, designs, product photos, texts, graphics, branding, and visual materials belong to Soviet or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use any Soviet content without written permission.

Buying a product does not give you ownership of Soviet’s intellectual property.

User Content

If you tag Soviet, send us photos, videos, reviews, or other content showing our products, you allow us to repost or use that content for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

If you want us to remove your content, contact us and we will review the request.

Limitation of Liability

Soviet is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, delays caused by couriers, incorrect customer details, or issues outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer under Romanian or EU law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, internet issues, supplier delays, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We only collect and use the information needed to process orders, deliver products, communicate with customers, and operate the business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes will first be handled through direct communication with Soviet. If the issue cannot be solved directly, the customer may contact the competent Romanian consumer protection authorities or use the legal dispute resolution channels available under Romanian and EU law.
